Many home owners opt for a sunroom installed on top of an existing deck or patio. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure your deck is up to code with the local building inspector before proceeding with the installation of your new room.

We’ll get the permits and provide the building department with detailed drawings and product specifications to ensure a hassle-free installation.

If you don’t have an existing patio slab or deck, our carpenters will construct a foundation for your room using the highest quality pressure treated lumber. 

We can custom design any size foundation and can also incorporate an additional open deck area for grilling and outdoor entertaining.
